The good news:
Most label products fall into tariff categories that are low duty or zero duty.
Typical classifications:

Self-Adhesive Paper Labels – HTS 4811.41
Often eligible for 0% duty under current U.S. trade rules. -
Polyester / Plastic Labels – HTS 3919
Typically subject to a low single-digit duty rate (often around 0–5%), depending on product specification.
What this means:
